Ingredients:
– 1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1 and 1/4 cups almond flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, then stir. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds until melted.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
4. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to knead it.
5. Place the dough on the parchment paper. Top with another piece of parchment and roll it out to your desired thickness.
6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
