New Mexico Red Chile Chili

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound ground meat
  2. 1 bell pepper
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 large and 1 regular can of ranch style beans
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Garlic salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place ground meat in skillet along with chopped onion and bell pepper. Season the meat with the salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

    Open 1 large can and also a regular can of ranch style beans and place them into a cooking pot.

  3. 3

    Once meat has browned, place the meat and chopped veggies into the pot along with the beans.

    Cook combo (meat and beans) for 20 minutes until ready.

    Serve and eat. Bonn appetit
