- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar substitute

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined or greased baking dish.
- Bake the Crust:
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow it to cool.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
