INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground chicken, beef or turkey
1 small onion sliced
1/2 Can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chillies)
1 Packet of Taco seasoning
1 Bag of Frito Corn Chips
1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Can Enchilada Sauce (10 oz)
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2 C. Shredded Cheese

I make this a lot!! Because everyone loves it. What i do is i make it in 2- 9″ round pans and give one to a friend and either keep the other or give that one also to a friend. It definitely goes fast around here. For those of you who gave 2 stars you probably forgot to add TLC plus, use Betty Crocker yellow cake mix and Jello brand vanilla pudding and most important ingredient of all, “TLC” without it nothing will turn out good. There is nothing about this cake to dislike!

1 box yellow cake mix (plus box ingredients)
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups milk
1 container chocolate frosting

- 5 cups Sparkling Water
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups Pineapple Juice
- ½ cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups ice cubes
Instructions
In a saucepan, mix together the sugar and the water. Heat on medium heat until the sugar is entirely dissolved.
Fill a large 3 quart pitcher with 3 cups of ice. Slowly pour the sugar syrup over the ice to cool the syrup down.
Add in the pineapple juice, lemon juice and the sparkling water to the pitcher.
Stir with a long spoon to combine
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

How To Make Heaven On Earth Cake
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound ground beef
1 1.25-ounce package taco seasoning
4 12-inch flour tortillas
½ cup nacho cheese
4 to stada shells
½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat; set aside.
Heat tortillas according to package instructions.
Heat nacho cheese according to package instructions.
Working one at a time, place ground beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with nacho cheese and tostada shell. Spread sour cream in an even layer over the tostada shell; top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Fold the edges up and over the center. Continue to work your way around the tortilla, folding as tight as possible.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Place wrap seam-side down and cook until the underside is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook wrap on the other side, about 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve immediately.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons milk, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Granny Smith apple
Glaze
- 1/3 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1–2 teaspoons hot water
How To Make Cinnamon Swirl Apple Fritter Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Make your filling/topping. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix to combine and set aside.
- Make your cake. In a large bowl combine sugar, melted butter, sour cream, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix by hand (or use an electric mixer ) until ingredients are combined and smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix to combine.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined (don’t overmix the batter).
- Peel, core and chop apple into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Add all but a handful of the chopped apples and fold into the batter.
- Pour half the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth out into a single layer.
- Next add half of the cinnamon sugar filling and smooth out. Using a flat butter knife cut swirls through the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and smooth out again into a single layer. Add the handful of reserved apples and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Again use the butter knife to cut swirls through the batter.
- Bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 10-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make your glaze. Add sifted icing sugar to a bowl. Whisk in hot water until you reach the desired consistency. Spoon or drizzle the glaze over the top of the loaf. Let the glaze set for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
