Ingredients:
- 4 thick 1-inch pork chops
- 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven
- Set your oven to preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Oil a large baking pan and place the pork chops in it.
Step 2: Season Pork Chops
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over each pork chop.
- Place a tablespoon of butter on top of each pork chop.
Step 3: Add Sauces
- Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the pork chops.
Step 4: Bake
- Cover the pork chops with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 5: Brown the Chops
- After 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil.
- Continue baking uncovered for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
- Once done, remove the pork chops from the oven.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious brown sugar chops!
