Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooked, chopped bacon
1 package Ranch dressing mix
16 ounces sour cream
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 pounds frozen tater tots
Directions:
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
SECOND STEP:
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped bacon, Ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheese.
Stir to combine well.
THIRD STEP:
Toss in the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir to combine.
Fold in the frozen tater tots until evenly mixed.
FOURTH STEP:
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
